Kemal brings a rare depth of experience to the practice of law. Equally at home navigating complex regulatory matters and helping individuals and local businesses with the everyday legal issues that matter most to them.

With a Ph.D. in Economics and a career spanning the Turkish Competition Authority, the FTC, the North Carolina DOJ, and Walmart's legal department, he has built a reputation in antitrust and competition law on both sides of the Atlantic. But his practice has always stayed close to home. For years, he has worked directly with immigrant families and individuals navigating the U.S. immigration system, and he regularly counsels local clients on contracts: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements that protect their businesses and interests.

It's this combination that sets him apart: the analytical rigor of an economist and global regulatory expert, paired with the responsiveness and care of an attorney who knows his community and shows up for it.
